Who We are Looking For

Unity Now is seeking a reliable Wireless Internet Installation Technician to add to our team. Although no experience is needed, someone who is familiar with electrical systems or cable technology would make an ideal candidate.

A Little About Us
Unity Now is a Wireless Internet Service Provider currently using Independent Contractors to install wireless internet for new and existing Unity Now customers. Our headquarters is located in Hudson, NY.

Job Summary
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated to learn, organized, and an excellent problem solver. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide support to our customers.

At Unity Now, you will

• Install and maintain wireless dishes and cabling for new or existing customers
• Troubleshoot issues with wireless network
• Ensure all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations
• Complete paperwork such as timesheets, checklists and service orders

Qualifications & Skills to be Successful

• Understand basic computer (TCP/IP) networking and how to connect personal computers to the Internet
• Must be familiar with broadband routers (Basic Residential)
• Ability to work between 8am and 6pm at least 5 days per week
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
• Must own a truck, van, or SUV (vehicle must be free of physical damage, dependable working order, and painted one color)
• Valid Driving license
• Lifting up to 80 lbs at a full range of motion Have a positive attitude

• Hands-on training
• Untaxed paychecks (you are responsible for paying your taxes)
• Ability to make $1200- $1400+ or more per week – depends on your work ethic and drive!
